2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on WorshipChords.com’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on WorshipChords.com’s web site;

8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to WorshipChords.com’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
If you began a WorshipChords membership trial within the last 12 months, you are ineligible to claim another one.
By starting your trial, you authorize WorshipChords to charge your credit card after your trial is over, and at the beginning of each billing period thereafter, until your account is canceled completely, and you have received email confirmation from us that it has indeed been canceled.
You must cancel your account via self-cancellation, always available to you 24/7 inside your account, or via support request at https://worshipchords.com/contact/, using your account email. These are the only acceptable ways to cancel your account. Emails asking for or about account cancellation, and cancellation requests made without using your account email, will not be considered a cancellation and your account will remain active.
You agree that your account is active and not canceled unless you receive email confirmation from us that it has indeed been canceled. You are responsible for ensuring that your cancellation request has been processed to completion, which will be indicated in the cancellation email confirmation.
Failure to properly cancel your account does not exempt you from any membership fees you may continue to incur. You are responsible for all paid and unpaid payments accrued until completing the cancellation of your account, regardless of your amount of usage.
Membership fees are fully earned upon each payment, and all charges are final and nonrefundable. Furthermore, no refunds will be given for unused periods.
Payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds for unused months. There are no refunds for partial months of service. There are no refunds for upgrades or downgrades. There are no partial or prorated refunds.
You will be charged on a monthly basis, unless you choose to be charged on a yearly basis. You can cancel at anytime, but there are no refunds for payments made.
10. Termination
You agree that we reserve the right, in our sole discretion and for any or no reason, to terminate or suspend your access to your account and all or part of this website, with or without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for termination.
